CAMP INFORMATION:

• We will empowered girls who have big ideas take on challenges that inspire them to question, brainstorm, collaborate with teammates, and build amazing invention prototypes.

• Each camper will join a group and will be led by a female mentor.

• The mentor will explain activities, work in close proximity with each camper, and act as a role model.

• It is our mission is to increase the number of girls in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields by inspiring girls with an adventurous and memorable introduction to engineering.

• We believe the experience of Girls Camp Invention sets a foundation for creativity, innovation, and problem solving that will spark their enthusiasm and will propel the girls into pursuing further tech education.

Drop-Off:  8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Camp Day:  9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Pick-Up:  12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Location: Blue Valley Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS) in Overland Park, Kansas

Cost: $95 per camper per session.
